Formen, positiv oder negativ?<\/span><\/h1>\n

Willkommen im Syntec Blog, einer Teilpublikation, in der wir Ihnen alles rund um das Vakuumformen, auch Thermoformen genannt, beibringen. In dieser Ausgabe erkl\u00e4ren wir das „Positive“ als die „Negativen“ Formen.<\/p>\n

Manchmal sind die Konzepte von positiven und negativen Formen ein wenig verwirrend. Vor allem, wenn Sie mit dem Vakuumumformen nicht vertraut sind. Die folgenden Fotos und Beschreibungen decken die Hauptunterschiede zwischen den verschiedenen Arten von Formularen ab.<\/p>\n

Positive Fehlbildung<\/span><\/h2>\n

Bevor wir Ihnen einige Beispiele zeigen und Ihnen sagen, warum Sie ein positives Formular verwenden sollten, m\u00fcssen wir zuerst wissen, was es ist.<\/p>\n

Positive Formbildung ist eine Art des Thermoformens (Vakuumformen), bei der die Formplatte \u00fcber ein Meistermodell gezogen wird. Dies erzeugt eine Form oberhalb der Einspannh\u00f6he der Formplatte.<\/p>\n

Warum sollte ich ein positives Formular verwenden?<\/span><\/h3>\n

In Positivformen sind der Materialfluss und die Wandst\u00e4rke der Form unterschiedlich als bei der Negativumformung. Die Ausbildungskosten sind bei positiver Form oft niedriger als bei negativer.<\/p>\n

Die sichtbare Oberfl\u00e4che des geformten Teils ist \u00fcblicherweise der obere Teil der Oberfl\u00e4che. Die Dicke der Kunststoff-Formplatte kann einige Unebenheiten auf der Oberfl\u00e4che verbergen, wodurch eine attraktivere Oberfl\u00e4che erzeugt wird.<\/p>\n

Es wird schwierig sein, einige Details in einer Negativform zu sehen, wie beispielsweise Muttermodelle mit tiefen Hohlr\u00e4umen, einem dicken Boden und vielen Ecken.<\/p>\n

Die Negativumformung ist eine Art des Thermoformens (Vakuumformen), bei der die Form unter der Einspannh\u00f6he der Formplatte auftritt. Die vakuumgezogene Form ragt hier nicht \u00fcber die Einspannh\u00f6he der Formplatte hinaus.<\/p>\n

Warum muss ich ein negatives Formular verwenden?<\/span><\/h3>\n

Der Materialfluss und die Wandst\u00e4rke des Formteils unterscheiden sich von denen der Positivformung. Wenn scharfe Details erforderlich sind, kann die Unterseite einer negativen Form als visuelle Oberfl\u00e4che verwendet werden. Kleine Negativdetails sind mit negativem Vakuumformen nicht m\u00f6glich.<\/p>\n

Aber was, wenn ich es kombiniere? Positives Modell mit negativen Kavit\u00e4ten.<\/span><\/h2>\n

Dies ist im Wesentlichen eine positive Form, die verwendet werden kann, um negative Hohlr\u00e4ume zu erzeugen.<\/p>\n

Aber warum muss ich diese Art der Formung benutzen?<\/span><\/h3>\n

Vielleicht m\u00f6chten Sie eine Negativform erstellen, ohne ein negatives Elternmodell zu entwickeln, und es macht Ihnen nichts aus, dass jedem Zyklus zus\u00e4tzliche Materialkosten beigef\u00fcgt werden.
