Das EasyFlo schwarz<\/strong> serie ist ein Zweikomponenten-Polyurethan-Gie\u00dfharz, das zu einem schwarzen Kunststoff aush\u00e4rtet. Der EasyFlo schwarz ist ein Gusskunststoff mit einer H\u00e4rte von Shore D 70 Dank des Mischungsverh\u00e4ltnisses von 1A: 1B (nach Volumen und Gewicht), der niedrigen Viskosit\u00e4t von 200 cP und der schnellen Aush\u00e4rtung mit einer Entformungszeit von 15 ist er sehr einfach zu verarbeiten 10 – 15 Minuten . Die Bearbeitungszeit betr\u00e4gt 1,5-2 Minuten.<\/p>\n

Die EasyFlo-Materialien sind Materialien mit einer sehr niedrigen Viskosit\u00e4t zum einfachen Gie\u00dfen oder Injizieren von Kunstharz. Diese Materialien lassen sich auch leicht mit einem Verdickungsmittel wie CAB-O-SIL und PolyFiber II f\u00fcr b\u00fcrstbare Anwendungen oder St\u00fctzformen verdicken.<\/p>\n

Wenn Sie eine Sprayvariante w\u00fcnschen, empfehlen wir das EasyFlo Spray FR. Der EasyFlo 120 eignet sich sehr gut zum Rotationsformen und der EasyFlo 95 f\u00fcr l\u00e4ngere Witterungszeiten.<\/p>\n

Die EasyFlo-Harze bieten sehr detaillierte und blasenfreie Gussmodelle ohne Verwendung von Vakuumkammern. Die schnellen Aush\u00e4rtezeiten machen es zu einem idealen Produkt f\u00fcr h\u00f6here Mengen, St\u00fcckzahlen und Gussteile, die schnell hergestellt werden m\u00fcssen. Diese Materialien werden h\u00e4ufig in Branchen f\u00fcr kommerzielle Anwendungen, Schifffahrts- und Flugzeugindustrie, Requisiten- und Ausstellungsprojekte, Reparatur- oder Kopieranwendungen, aber auch f\u00fcr Hobby- und viele andere Anwendungen verwendet. Die EasyFlo-Harze k\u00f6nnen ohne Verwendung eines Trennmittels in Silikonformen (Additions- und Kondensationssilikon wie Eurosil) gegossen werden. Wenn Sie beispielsweise Polyurethan oder andere Materialien als Form verwenden, k\u00f6nnen Sie unser Trennmittel Pol-Ease 2300 verwenden.
