Wir empfehlen die Verwendung von kondensationsgeh\u00e4rtetem Silikonkautschuk f\u00fcr dieses Produkt nicht.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Herstellung des Harzes:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00d6ffnen Sie sowohl die A- als auch die B-Packung und pr\u00fcfen Sie, ob das Material kristallisiert. Im Falle einer Kristallisation bei 45 &#8211; 60 \u00b0 in den Ofen stellen. Beide Bestandteile des Harzes m\u00fcssen vor Gebrauch auf 40 \u00b0 C erhitzt. Wenn Sie Pigmente verwenden, f\u00fcgen Sie das Pigment zu Teil A hinzu. Wir empfehlen die Verwendung von max. 1-3%. Von Pigment.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Verarbeitung &#8211; Mischen &amp; Gie\u00dfen:<\/strong><br \/>\nWiegen Sie das Polyurethan TEIL A in Tasse A und Urethan Teil B in Mischbecher B. Lassen Sie bei der ersten Mischung eine zus\u00e4tzliche Menge A zu, um den Gie\u00dfverlust im Becher zu ber\u00fccksichtigen. 5 &#8211; 10 Minuten entgasen, w\u00e4hrend Becher B langsam gemischt wird. Nach dem Entgasen w\u00e4hrend des Mischens A in B gie\u00dfen. Mischen Sie die A- und B-Komponenten f\u00fcr 45 Sekunden<br \/>\nsorgt f\u00fcr ein gr\u00fcndliches Mischen der Komponenten. Wenn das Mischen abgeschlossen ist, gie\u00dfen Sie das gemischte Material in die Form.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Aush\u00e4rtung:<\/strong><br \/>\nStellen Sie die Form unmittelbar nach dem Gie\u00dfen 45-60 Minuten lang in einen Ofen bei 70 \u00b0 C. Die Aush\u00e4rtezeit, insbesondere in den D\u00fcnnschnitten, h\u00e4ngt von der Temperatur der Form ab. Je w\u00e4rmer die Form, desto schneller die Aush\u00e4rtung. Wir empfehlen nicht, mehr als 15 mm dick zu gie\u00dfen. Das Produkt kann nachbehandelt werden, um seine Temperaturbest\u00e4ndigkeit zu verbessern.<br \/>\nLassen Sie das Produkt 24 Stunden bei Raumtemperatur aush\u00e4rten und erhitzen Sie es dann 1 Stunde bei 60 \u00b0 C, 1 Stunde bei 80 \u00b0 C, gefolgt von 3 Stunden bei 100 \u00b0 C. Um Verformungen w\u00e4hrend des Nachh\u00e4rtungszyklus zu vermeiden, muss das Ger\u00e4t auf einen Konformer gelegt werden. Lassen Sie das Ger\u00e4t nach dem Aush\u00e4rten langsam auf Raumtemperatur abk\u00fchlen, vorzugsweise im Ofen. Pl\u00f6tzliche Temperatur\u00e4nderungen k\u00f6nnen zu Verformungen oder Verwerfungen f\u00fchren. Nach dem Aush\u00e4rten des Produkts kann die Schrumpfung zunehmen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Schwindung:<\/strong><br \/>\nDer obige Schrumpfungswert dient nur als Richtlinie. Die Schrumpfung variiert mit jedem Gussst\u00fcck aufgrund von Faktoren wie Formgr\u00f6\u00dfe und Formgeometrie, die sich darauf auswirken k\u00f6nnen. Im Allgemeinen schrumpfen gro\u00dfe, dicke Gussteile st\u00e4rker als kleine und d\u00fcnne Gussteile. Andere Faktoren wie die Formtemperatur und die Harztemperatur k\u00f6nnen sich ebenfalls darauf auswirken.
