Dieser Elastomerschaum ergibt nach dem Mischen einen frei expandierenden Schaum von etwa 150 kgm-3. Der Schaum ist selbsth\u00e4utend, was bedeutet, dass der Schaum auf der Au\u00dfenseite eine einigerma\u00dfen glatte Haut hinterl\u00e4sst. Der Polyschaum F-150 ist ein strapazierf\u00e4higer Schaum und hat hervorragende physikalische Eigenschaften. Die typische Dichte bei freiem Aufsteigen des Schaums liegt zwischen 140 &#8211; 160 kgm-3, kann aber durch Einschluss eine noch h\u00f6here Dichte von beispielsweise 250 &#8211; 500 kgm-3 erreichen.<\/p>\n<p>Polysch\u00e4ume k\u00f6nnen in unseren Silikonkautschukformen Eurosil (Addition) und SG C-Sil oder in unseren mit Trennmitteln vorbeschichteten Polyurethankautschuken wie unserem Trennmittel wie unserem Pol-Ease 2300 oder Trennmittel VL gegossen werden.<\/p>\n<p>Der Poly Foam F-150 ist ein Zweikomponentenschaum mit einem Mischungsverh\u00e4ltnis von 100 A: 33-40 B. Der Poly-Schaum hat in der ersten Phase eine schnelle Cremezeit von 30-40 Sek., danach ist der p.u. Schaum 2 &#8211; 2,5 Minuten sch\u00e4umt bis zu 250 &#8211; 500 kgm-3 in einem nicht geschlossenen Raum. Der Polyschaum F-500 hat eine beige-gelbe Farbe. Der Polyschaum F150 hat eine H\u00e4rte von ca.
