Dieser Elastomerschaum ergibt nach dem Mischen einen frei expandierenden Schaum von etwa 150 &#8211; 180 kgm-3. Der Schaum ist selbsthautbildend, was bedeutet, dass der Schaum au\u00dfen eine einigerma\u00dfen glatte Haut hinterl\u00e4sst, die jedoch durch eine erste Schicht Formgummi verbessert werden kann. Der Polyschaum F200 verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber hervorragende physikalische Eigenschaften, ist aber auch eine langlebige Schaumstoffart. Die typische Freiaufstiegsdichte des Schaums liegt zwischen 150 und 180 kgm-3, durch Einschluss kann jedoch eine noch h\u00f6here Dichte von beispielsweise 250 bis 500 kgm-3 erreicht werden.<\/p>\n<p>Polysch\u00e4ume k\u00f6nnen in unseren Silikonkautschukformen Eurosil (Addition) und SG C-Sil oder in unseren Polyurethankautschuken gegossen werden, die mit Trennmittel wie unserem Trennmittel Pol-Ease 2300 oder VL-Trennmittel vorbeschichtet sind. Auch Kunststoff-, Holz- und Stahlformen k\u00f6nnen durchaus als Gussformen funktionieren, sofern das richtige Trennmittel verwendet wird.<\/p>\n<p>Der Poly Foam F-200 ist ein Zweikomponentenschaum mit einem Mischungsverh\u00e4ltnis von 100 A: 30-36 B. Der Polyschaum hat in der ersten Phase eine kurze Aufsch\u00e4umzeit von 25-35 Sek., danach wird der P.u. Schaum 2 \u2013 2,5 Minuten, sch\u00e4umt in einem offenen Raum auf 150\u2013180 kgm-3 oder in einer geschlossenen Form auf 250\u2013500 kgm-3 auf. Der Polyschaum F-200 hat eine beige-gelbliche Farbe. Der flexible Polyurethan-Gie\u00dfschaum F200 hat eine H\u00e4rte von ca.
