Dieser zweikomponentige Polyurethan-Hartschaum versteift sich zu einem Hartschaum mit einer H\u00e4rte von ca. Shore A 80-85.<\/p>\n<p>Der sehr harte Schaum ist sehr fl\u00fcssig mit niedriger Viskosit\u00e4t und kann f\u00fcr verschiedene Anwendungen wie das F\u00fcllen von Hohlgussteilen f\u00fcr Formen, Matrizen, St\u00fctzen und andere Anwendungen verwendet werden. Dieses R250 wird mit einem Mischungsverh\u00e4ltnis von 100A:85B nach Gewicht oder 100A:74,6 nach Volumen verarbeitet.<\/p>\n<p>Berechnung der ben\u00f6tigten Menge:<\/p>\n<p>Menge PU-Schaum = gew\u00fcnschte Dichte (kgm-3) x F\u00fcllvolumen (m3).<br \/>\nDer R250 hat eine freie Dichte von 250 kgm-3, aber um ein gutes Ergebnis zu erzielen, sollten Sie mit einer gew\u00fcnschten Dichte von 280 kgm3 rechnen.<\/p>\n<p>Die Verarbeitung des R250 comp. A und Comp. B betr\u00e4gt bei Raumtemperatur 18\u201325 \u00b0C und vorzugsweise nicht weniger als 18 \u00b0C, um gute Eigenschaften aufrechtzuerhalten. Wiegen Sie die gew\u00fcnschte Menge am besten sauber mit einer Waage ab. Die Form muss trocken und sauber sein. Nach korrektem Abwiegen Comp. mischen. A und B gut vermischen und daher streifenfrei vermischen. Schlechtes Mischen f\u00fchrt zu klebrigem und minderwertigem Schaum.
