Platsil Gel 25<\/strong>
\nZweikomponentiges, platinvernetzendes Additions-Silikongel (RTV).<\/p>\n

PlatSil\u00ae Gel-25 ist ein fl\u00fcssiges Silikonsystem auf Basis der Komponenten A und B, das bei Raumtemperatur (RTV) zu einem milchig-wei\u00dfen Gummi mit einer Shore-A25-H\u00e4rte aush\u00e4rtet. Dieses Silikon wird h\u00e4ufig zur Herstellung von Prothesen (in Kombination mit PlatSil\u00ae Deadener LV oder Smith’s Theatrical Prosthetic Deadener), Puppen, Dichtungen und Abdichtungen sowie zur Herstellung von Silikonkautschuk-Gussformen, Gummiteilen und Gussformen verwendet.<\/p>\n

PlatSil\u00ae Gel-25 wurde von einem unabh\u00e4ngigen Labor gepr\u00fcft und entspricht 21 CFR 177.2600 (gem\u00e4\u00df Code of Federal Regulations) f\u00fcr Gummiartikel, die f\u00fcr den wiederholten Einsatz auf Oberfl\u00e4chen mit Lebensmittelkontakt bestimmt sind, sofern sie genau abgemessen, gr\u00fcndlich vermischt und vollst\u00e4ndig ausgeh\u00e4rtet wurden. FDA-zugelassene Silikonmaterialien in Lebensmittelqualit\u00e4t wie Platsil Gel10, Gel 25, Platsil 71-25, Platsil 73-45, Platsil Gel 60 und Tinsil 80-30.<\/p>\n

PlatSil\u00ae Gel-25 ist unabh\u00e4ngig als hautvertr\u00e4glich zertifiziert. Es erf\u00fcllt die Anforderungen der relevanten Abschnitte des US-amerikanischen Bundesgesetzes \u00fcber gef\u00e4hrliche Stoffe (FHSA, 16 CFR 1500), des LHAMA (16 CFR 1500.14), ASTM D4236, der Abschnitte 201(s) und 409 des US-amerikanischen Lebensmittel-, Arzneimittel- und Kosmetikgesetzes (Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act) sowie die Anforderungen der toxikologischen Risikobewertung.<\/p>\n
