Der Poly 75-60 ist ein leicht zu verarbeitender Kautschuk (1A:1B Mischungsverh\u00e4ltnis) mit einer niedrigen Viskosit\u00e4t von 1.200 cP. Der 75er Serie bieten wir in unterschiedlichen Shore-H\u00e4rten von fest-elastischen<br \/>\nA-60 bis zu steif-geschmeidigen A-90 an.<\/p>\n<p>Die Poly 75-60 und Poly 75-59 sind beide die weichste Variante der Poly 75-Serie. F\u00fcr weichere Polyurethan-Typen haben wir die Poly 74-Serie unter anderem mit den Materialien <a href=\"https:\/\/syntecshop.com\/polyurethaan-rubber-shore-a-20-poly-74-20\">Poly 74-20<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/syntecshop.com\/polyurethaan-gietrubber-shore-a-30-poly-74-30\">Poly 74-30<\/a> und <a href=\"https:\/\/syntecshop.com\/polyurethaan-gietrubber-shore-a-45-poly-74-45\">Poly 74-45<\/a>. F\u00fcr h\u00e4rtere Materialien haben wir Polyurethan-Kautschuke der PT-Flex-Serie oder Poly 75-75 und Poly 75-90.<\/p>\n<p>Zum Abl\u00f6sen des Polyurethans muss ein Trennmittel, zB <a href=\"http:\/\/2300\">Pol-Ease 2300<\/a>, oder ein Trennmittel wie <a href=\"https:\/\/syntecshop.com\/lossingdmiddel-syn-b-32-betonlosmiddel-op-basis-van-plantaardige-olie\">SYN B-32<\/a> beim Entschalen von Betongussteilen verwendet werden.<\/p>\n<p>Neben den Trennmitteln stehen f\u00fcr Polyurethankautschuke verschiedene Additive zur Verf\u00fcgung. <a href=\"https:\/\/syntecshop.com\/cab-o-sil\">CAB-O-SIL<\/a> ist ein Verdickungsmittel zum Verdicken des Polyurethan-Gussgummis. Dieses viskosit\u00e4tserh\u00f6hende Additiv sorgt daf\u00fcr, dass der Kautschuk f\u00fcr eine Spachtel- oder Pinselform verwendet werden kann. Wenn auf diesen Untergr\u00fcnden Trennmittel erforderlich sind, m\u00fcssen Trennmittel wie unsere <a href=\"https:\/\/syntecshop.com\/lossingsmiddel-voor-polyurethaan-epoxy\">Pol-Ease 2300<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/syntecshop.com\/lossingsmiddel-vl\">Lossingsmiddel VL,<\/a>\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/syntecshop.com\/vloeibaar-lossingsmiddel-en-sealer-pol-ease-2350\">Pol-Ease 2350<\/a> und <a href=\"https:\/\/syntecshop.com\/oplosbare-lossingsmidddel-pol-ease-2450\">Pol-Ease 2450<\/a> oder die anderen Trennmittel verwendet werden. Wir empfehlen immer, zuerst einen Test mit der Haftung, dem Abl\u00f6sen oder der Saugwirkung des Gummis auf der Form oder Anwendung durchzuf\u00fchren. Bei por\u00f6sen Teilen aus beispielsweise Holz oder Gips kann der Gummi aufgesaugt werden. Sie k\u00f6nnen dies verhindern, indem Sie es zuerst mit beispielsweise einem <a href=\"https:\/\/syntecshop.com\/porie-verzegelingsmiddel-1-liter\">Porenversiegeler<\/a> versiegeln. Dies ist kein Trennmittel. Wenn es also noch gel\u00f6st werden muss oder mit einem Material gegossen wird, das Ihnen Haftung verleiht, verwenden Sie ein Trennmittel.<\/p>\n<p>Standardm\u00e4\u00dfig verbindet sich ein Polyurethan und Silikon nicht mit verschiedenen Materialien. Diese Haftung oder keine Haftung ist nicht f\u00fcr jedes Material geeignet. Wollen Sie eine zus\u00e4tzliche Haftung z. B. bei (mechanischer) Belastung erzeugen, empfehlen wir diese immer durch den Einsatz einer <a href=\"https:\/\/syntecshop.com\/sealers-coatings\">Haftgrundierung<\/a> f\u00fcr die unterschiedlichen Untergr\u00fcnde zu optimieren. Dies ergibt eine gute Verbindung f\u00fcr beide Materialien. Vor der Verwendung dieses Klebers muss die Oberfl\u00e4che gr\u00fcndlich gereinigt und entfettet werden. Das Abstrahlen oder Aufrauen der Oberfl\u00e4che f\u00f6rdert die Haftung mit oder ohne Haftgrund.<\/p>\n<p>Das Gie\u00dfen von Polyurethan auf ein Material, bei dem keine Haftung entsteht, erfordert daher kein Trennmittel. Die meisten Silikon-Gie\u00dfkautschuke wie unser <a href=\"https:\/\/syntecshop.com\/siliconenrubber\">silikon<\/a> Eurosil, Platsil (Zusatzsilikon) und SG C-sil (Kondensationssilikon) verbinden sich nicht mit den Polyurethan-Werkstoffen. Hier sind also keine gesonderten Mittel erforderlich. Es ist jedoch m\u00f6glich, dass bei intensiver Nutzung der Formen die Trennwirkung nachl\u00e4sst.
