DETAX charakterisiert den Freeprint als 405 nm H\u00e4rtungsmaterial und den Luxaprint als 378-388 nm H\u00e4rtungsmaterial.<\/p>\n<p>Der Cast 2.0 ist ein UV-h\u00e4rtendes Material f\u00fcr die SLA- und DLP-Technik zur Herstellung von Formen zum Gie\u00dfen von Silikon-Ohrh\u00f6rern. Das gr\u00fcn-transparente Gussmaterial erm\u00f6glicht die visuelle Kontrolle des F\u00fcllprozesses mit fl\u00fcssigem VPS-Silikon. Maximale Prozesssicherheit auch bei besten Supportstrukturen, ideal f\u00fcr mehrstufiges Drucken. Aufgrund der erheblich niedrigeren Viskosit\u00e4t als bei herk\u00f6mmlichen Materialien ist der Materialverbrauch geringer und die Drucke leichter zu reinigen.
