ABS plastic sheet materials

ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene) is a similar material as the HIPS Plastic Sheets in the production process and the formability. ABS has a high impact resistance, excellent chemical resistance and great durability. The ABS are the most used thermoplastic plastic sheet materials for the vacuum forming process. In addition to the aesthetic look & feel of ABS, ABS also has a high temperature resistance and the material is resistant to most chemical materials. The ABS plastics are tougher than the HIPS materials and available in various thicknesses, sizes, textures and colours.

ABS absorbs moisture. As a result, we limit the storage with ABS materials. We only supply ABS materials in larger volumes. Contact us for large volumes of ABS materials.
