Ameralabs FLX-300 is an elastomer 3D printing resin specifically developed for applications where flexibility, compresssion resistance and shape recovery are essential. This material offers rubber-like softness combined with reliable mechanical performance, making it ideal for functional parts an engineering applications.

Suitable applications
For optimal printing results, it is recommended to warm the resin to at least 25 °C before use and apply slow lift speeds during printing. After printing, parts should not be soaked in IPA for more than approximately 30 minutes, and the use of fluoropolymer films (FEP, PFA, or ACF) is recommended instead of PDMS vats to ensure the best results.
The material has low shrinkage, ensuring high dimensional accuracy, and produces only minimal odor during processing. FLX-300 is availabl in black, providing a consistent and reliable finish for all your flexible 3D printing applications.
