The Asiga Ultra is an advanced desktop 3D printer, specifically designed for the digital production of dental, orthodontic, general dental and industrial applications. Thanks to its large build volume and high precision, this printer is ideal for creating dental models such as implant models, individual dies, removable dies, study models and orthodontic models. It also effortlessly prints impression trays, denture bases, splints, night guards and sports mouthguards.

The printer is available in two variants: the Ultra 32 with a pixel size of 32 microns and the Ultra 50 with 50 microns. Due to this high resolution the Asiga is perfectly suited for printing crowns and bridges for both temporary and permanent restorations.

The open system of the Asiga Ultra allows users to work with over 500 different materials, including well-known brands such as Dreve, NextDent and Keystone. This offers maximum freedom and flexibility in material choice. The printer also features SPS technology, which monitors each layer during printing to ensure consistent and reliable results.

Thanks to its compact desktop size, the Asiga Ultra is easy to integrate into any workspace. Its innovative electromagnetic build platform system enables quick and simple setup without the need for calibration. The Endurance resin trays, available in both universal and UltraGloss versions, ensure optimal printing outcome.

In addition, the Asiga Ultra includes an infrared heating element in the print chamber, enabling efficient material preheating—essential for materials like Lucitone Digital Print that require consistent temperatures for quality and control. The patented transparent mode ensures precise curing of transparent materials, avoiding over- or under-curing, which helps prevent deformation or fit issues.

The newly redesigned user interface is intuitive and easy to use, featuring a contactless lid closure activated by hand motion and infrared heating below the resin tray. This makes the Asiga Ultra a versatile and reliable choice for a wide range of dental and industrial applications.
