Currently, we are offering our own demonstration machine, the Formech 1372. This large-format semi-automatic vacuum forming machine can form various thermoplastic with dimensions of 1330 x 620 x 420 mm.
The machine comes with several options, including three reducing frames in different sizes, a twin-fan (550 W) cool system reducing frames accommodate the following sheet sizes:

SA – Semi-Automatic Package
The semi-automatic upgrade, including electric heating drive and pneumatic trigger clamps, allows the entire workflow to be automated. All cycle settings can be programmed, includig heating temperature, heating times, heating zones, vacuum timing, cooling time, and delays. This ensures a consistent production line.
Due to its large format and the longest axis of 1330 mm, this machine is very popular among designers in film, TV, and theater productions, universities, automotive, R&D, props, hobby product manufacturing, and the concrete industry for molds. The 1372 offers a wide range of options, including semi-automation of the production cycle, effectively turning it into an automatic production machine. In addition to the automation package, upgrade are available for heating elements, vacuum receiver tank, and various cooling systems. This makes the machine suitable as an advanced production unit for technical plastics.
