Detax Medicalprint coat – high gloss

UV varnish for 3D-printed earmolds – high-gloss & easy-to-clean surface
Specially developed coating for the No-Break. We offer two specialized coatings for this Detax No-Break: the Medicalprint Coat and  Soft Coat.

The light-curing, single-component varnishes for DX Nobreak earmolds are transparent and ensure strong adhesion for long-lasting results. The coatings are biocompatible, THF-MA-free, and MDR-certified (Medical Device Class IIa).

Medicalprint Coat: creates a high-gloss and easy-to-clean smooth surface.

For a non-slip surface, we offer  Medicalprint Soft Coat, which creates a slightly non-slip matte surface.
Both products are available in 300, 100, and 40 ml.

Other coatings should not be applied to  DX Nobreak earmolds.
