FLB 500, plastic bending machine

The FLB 500 is a line bender machine from Formech. This plastic bending machine is a simple and fast device for bending plastic sheets up to 10 mm thick up to 500 mm wide. The FLB 1000 has a width of 1000 mm. The FLB machines are simple yet professional to use.

The FLB series line bending machines operate on normal 240V power connections. The machine is ideal for training applications where students are instructed to produce items in various materials and thicknesses or as an extension to the vacuum forming machines.

The bending machines are robust enough for industrial applications, such as making displays, menu holders, price card holders and protection and cover protections for machines or other applications to be invented. The FLB series from Formech comes complete with a special cooling mold designed to maintain the desired angle of the heat-bent plastic during cooling.
