HIPS (High Impact Polystyrene) is a thermoplastic plastic sheet made of the material HIPS (high impact polystyrene) which can be used in the thermoforming or vacuum forming process. The advantage of HIPS is that this material has a very strong and stiff property. The plates are very smooth which gives a good smoothness to the mold during the molding process. The polystyrene products are extremely suitable for the heating and cooling process and therefore one of the most popular products for vacuum forming. many housings for (household) appliances and plastic parts are made from HIPS plastic sheets. We supply various plates in standard sizes and custom-made plates. Our panels are standard matt / glossy or matt / matt.

HIPS – 230 x 280 ideal for reducing window or small vacuum forming systems. The 230 x 280 are available separately.

HIPS – 250 x 300 is a standard sheet for use with the vacuum forming machine Formech Compac Mini. These plates are available separately and in bundle packaging.

HIPS – 450 x 300  is a standard sheet for use with the vacuum forming machine Formech 450 DT. These plates are available separately and in bundle packaging in various colors such as Black, Blue, Yellow, Red and White and various thicknesses 1.0, 1.5, 2.0, 3.0 and 4.0 mm

HIPS – 508 x 457 x is a standard sheet for use with the vacuum forming machine Formech 508 DT and the Formech 508 FS. These plates are available separately and in bundle packaging in various colors such as Black, Blue, Yellow, Red and White and various thicknesses 1.0, 1.5, 2.0, 3.0 and 4.0 mm

HIPS – 686 x 660 x is a standard sheet for use with the Formech 686 vacuum forming machine. These plates are available separately and in bundle packaging in various colors such as Black, Blue, Yellow, Red and White and various thicknesses 1.0, 1.5, 2.0, 3.0 and 4.0 mm

HIPS 940 x 635 x 4,0 mm stock item in black and white colors.  Direct available single piece or in bundle.

HIPS RED 450 x 450 x 1,5 standard available.

The HIPS thermoplastic sheets are used for many applications such as vacuum forming, laser cutting, CNC milling or other plastic processing. We deliver almost any desired size in small and large numbers with short delivery times.

Materials like PETG and HIPS are widely used in the food industry for making chocolate molds. We also supply materials with a food safety certificate.
