White HIPS sheets 1.0 mm (High Impact Polystyrene sheets) are high-quality thermoplastic sheets, ideal for appliations such as vacuum forming and thermoforming. Thanks to their high impact resistance and rigidity, this material is aprticularly suitable for producing plastic components, housings, and displays.

The smooth surface finish of these HIPS sheets ensures a clean and professional final result. In addition, they are highly resistant to repeated heating and cooling, making them perfect for use in plastics processing and forming technology.

HIPS thermoplastic sheets are widely used for vacuum forming, laser cutting, CNC milling, and other plastic processing methods. We can supply almost any desired size, in both small and large quantities, with short lead times.

Materials such as PETG and HIPS are also commonly used in the food industry, for example in the production of chocolate molds. Upon request, these sheets can be supplied with a food-grade safety certificate.
