The Freeform PRO2 ™ is a professional 3D printer for direct production applications that offers high resolution, speed and reliability in desktop format. The Asiga Freeform PRO2 offers the possibility to print larger numbers at the same time for medical, dental and audiological applications. The stacking function makes it possible to print several layers in one print job.

For audiological applications, it means that for multiple earpiece possibilities up to 5 layers can be printed in one turn. In dental applications, multiple models or spoons can be produced in, for example, 2 full print layers.

The changing of materials after a print turn has never been easier. Within 30 seconds, the tray with the material of the previous print job has been removed and a new tray with different material has been put in again. This offers flexibility in the digital workflow. Even with the very unique open material system, materials from Detax and Pro3Dure or Dreve can be used.

The Asiga Freeform PRO2 can be obtained in a 50 μm, 62 μm and 75 μm version and a choice can be made for the light source of 385 nm – UV or 405 nm LED.
