Place an order
Delivery
We offer fast delivery for your order, national or international. Depending on the size of your order or the country of destination, the delivery must be effected within a certain period of time. We will seek to handle and deliver your order within 24 hours. We work with different freight forwarders to achieve the quickest and best deliveries in all circumstances. Because we pack your order as efficiently as possible, form 8 colli or 200 kg, all orders leaves our warehouse on a pallet. Respected carriers like DHL, DPD, TransMission, CTS Group, Rotra and DB Schenker are well known brands to Schouten Syntec. With these companies, we work with next day delivery for national shipments. For the surrounding countries as Belgium, Germany, France and Denmark deliveries require a longer period of time: 1-3 working days. Of course, you can also make an appointment to collect your order yourself or has them collected by your own carrier. We also ship to other EU-countries. For other countries, we also treat and execute the passed orders. For Eu-countries we apply a delivery time of 2-5 days.

Collect your order during office hours. We recommend making an appointment to be sure that your order is ready for delivery, to ensure smooth and fast processing.
Shipping costs and delivery times European countries
The delivery times below are an average number of working days. The exact delivery date depends on the type of goods, zip code area (island / mountain areas), carrier and any holidays. After the shipment has been booked, the exact delivery days can be requested via our customer service.
We ship 1, 2 or more parcels for the following rates to the following countries. For large pallet shipments and countries not mentioned, the package and pallet prices are on request. The above prices are exclusive of VAT and door-to-door deliveries ex warehouse of Syntecshop.com exclusive of any additional costs such as clearance costs and local taxes for, for example, countries outside the European Union. These rates may vary and are therefore not guaranteed. We will always inform you in advance of any higher costs.

Packages up to 20 kg per package. Surcharges may apply for packages from 20kg – 30kg. When purchasing more packages than 2 pieces, surcharges can be charged or converted to pallet shipments. Additional rates will always be communicated in advance. Of course you can still cancel the order. Prices are based on DAP, duty unpaid shipments. I.e. on a delivery basis but any local costs and taxes are at your own expense.
RETURNS:
The delivered goods can be returned within 14 days in undamaged and original packaging. Returns are entirely at your own risk and expense. All returns must be registered in advance via our customer service. Once we have received the return shipment undamaged, any payment will be refunded within 14 days. We cannot accept returns on goods that have been made to size, color, etc. (as well as custom-made packaging), all our machines and opened packaging. We do not accept returns of shipments from outside the European Union.
