Pro3dure – GR-12.1, cast resin for production of casting molds (385nm / 405nm)

Pro3dure is a German manufacturer of UV resins for 3D printing of various dental and audiological applications with GR-series resins.

Pro3dure GR-12.1 cast is for the production of molds for silicone casting. This GR 12.1 production resin can be used for making molds for the production of flexible ear pieces made of, for example, silicone. By making targeted use of certain particles in the formulation, the object gets very smooth surfaces of the molds. Due to the transparency of the material you can optimally control the air bubbles during the filling process. The low viscosity, optimized mechanical properties and reduced braking range help you to clean your mold, harden and deform the silicone blank in the laboratory.
