SG Epoxy 426 is a two-part Epoxy system with a 90 – 95 Shore D hardness.

The SG Epoxy 426 is an aluminum filled, two-part epoxy casting epoxy system that is formulated for applications with high temperatures requirements, such as vacuum forming tools. SG Epoxy 426 is formulated for fast curing with minimal shrinkage and which is very well polishable. The low mixed viscosity ensures excellent detail reproduction. A slow hardener (SG Epoxy 425) is available for very large or deep castings.

The SG Epoxy 426 cures at room temperature (15 – 25 °C). Depending on the hardening and the quantity of the material, the curing is between 16 – 24 hours.
