The EasyFlo black series<\/strong> is a two component polyurethane casting resin which cures into a black ABS like plastic. The EasyFlo black is a casting plastic with a hardness of Shore D 70. A very easy to process thanks to the 1A: 1B (by volume & weight) mixing ratio, low viscosity of 200 cP and fast curing with a demoulding time of 10-15 minutes . The processing time is 1,5-2 minutes.<\/p>\n

The EasyFlo materials are materials with a very low viscosity for easy various casting or injecting synthetic resin. These materials are also easy to thicken with a thickener such as the CAB-O-SIL and PolyFiber II for brushable applications or support molds.<\/p>\n

If you want a spray variant, we recommend the EasyFlo Spray FR. The EasyFlo 120 is very suitable for rotational molding and the EasyFlo 95 for longer weathering times.<\/p>\n

The EasyFlo resins provide a very detailed and bubble free casting models without the use of vacuum chambers. The fast curing times make it an ideal product for higher volumes, numbers and castings that need to be made quickly. These materials are widely used in industries for commercial applications, shipping and aircraft industry, props and display projects, repair or copy applications, but also hobby and many other applications. The EasyFlo resins can be cast in silicone (addition and condensation silicone such as Eurosil) molds without using a release agent. For example, if you use Polyurethane or other materials as a mold, you can use our Pol-Ease 2300 release agent. Color pastes can also be used for the EasyFlo products.<\/p>\n
