This elastomeric foam gives a free expanding foam after mixing of about 150\u00a0 kgm-3. The foam is self-skinning, which means that the foam leaves a reasonably smooth skin on the outside. The poly foam F-150 is a durable foam and has excellent physical properties. The typical density with free rise of the foam is between 140 -160 kgm-3 but can achieve an even higher density of, for example, 250 &#8211; 500 kgm-3 by confinement.<\/p>\n<p>Poly foams can be cast in our Eurosil (addition) and SG C-Sil silicone rubber molds or in our polyurethane rubbers that are pre-coated with release agent such as our release agent such as our Pol-Ease 2300 or release agent VL.<\/p>\n<p>The Poly Foam F-150 is a two component foam with 100 A: 33-40 B mixing ratio. The Poly foam has a fast cream time of 30-40 sec in the first phase, after which the p.u. foam 2 &#8211; 2.5 minutes will foam up to 250 &#8211; 500 kgm-3 in an unconfined space. The poly foam F-500 is beige-yellow in color. The poly foam F150 has a hardness of approximately Shore A 60 \/ Shore OO 30-35 at a mixing ratio of 100A:33B.<\/p>\n<p>This polyurethane foam is self skinning and therefore creates a beautiful skin around the foam.<\/p>\n<p>The Poly foam F-3 and F-5 are foams with a significantly lower density in free expansion and the Poly foam F-200 and F-500 are with a higher density.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Packaging:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Set 1.4 KG (1 kg A + 400 g B)<br \/>\nSet 7 KG (5 kg A + 2 kg B)<br \/>\nSet 35 KG (25 kg A + 10 kg B)<br \/>\nDrum packaging on request<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mixing ratio:<\/strong> 100A : 33 &#8211; 40B<br \/>\n100 : 33 Soft<br \/>\n100 : 36 Medium<br \/>\n100 : 40 Hard<br \/>\n<strong>Hardness:<\/strong> approx.
