Release agent Syn B-388-125, concrete release agent based on vegetable and ester oil<\/p>\n
Syn B388 is a concrete release agent based on vegetable oil and ester oils that is used in the precast concrete industry. The Syn B-388-125 has vegetable-based additives taking into account the protection of people and the environment. The concrete release agent B388 does not contain any solvent and is a universal product for the concrete industry.<\/p>\n
When applied and processed correctly, Syn B388-125 gives a smooth concrete surface and ensures a clean mold. This applies to both traditional concrete, self-compacting concrete and high-strength concrete. The Syn B388-125 can be used on the formwork of (lacquered) wood, steel and plastic. Always test before you work with a different formwork. Apply the release oil by misting. The atomization creates a thin, even film layer. Approximately 1 liter of Syn B388 can be used for 40 m2 of surface.<\/p>\n

Adhesion: if adhesion or overpainting is required, we recommend to do so after 6 weeks. If needed sooner, always test.<\/p>\n
The B388-125 meets current sustainability requirements. It consists of more than 90%
\nrenewable raw materials and is therefore quickly biodegradable and falls into the BLF class.<\/p>\n
Also a preventive protection against adhesion of fresh concrete on concrete mixers,
\nconcrete mixers, concrete pumps, hoppers, dumping machines, etc.<\/p>\n
The Syn B388 can be kept for 2 years in a closed package if it is kept cool and frost-free.<\/p>\n
