The SynTec Poly Foam R50 is a two-component polyurethane rigid foam with a low density free density of approximately 40 to 50 kgm-3. This polyurethane hard foam is an all-rounder that can be used for various applications. The R50 is a durable foam with excellent properties.<\/p>\n

Calculation of required quantity:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Quantity of PU Foam = desired density (kgm-3) x filling volume (m3).
\nThe R50 has a free density of 45-50, but to get a good result you should calculate with a desired density of 70 kg m3.<\/p>\n

Packaging:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Set 9.4 kg (4.4 kg A +5 kg B) \u2013 available online
\nSet 47 KG (25kg A + 22 kg B)
\nDrum packaging on request<\/p>\n

Mixing ratio:<\/strong> 100:114 by volume
\nMixing ratio:<\/strong> 100:100 by weight
\nCream Time:<\/strong> 35 – 40 Sec.
\nRise Time:<\/strong> 3 – 4 min.
\nExothermic:<\/strong> 135 – 145
\nDemould time: 3<\/strong>0+ minutes<\/p>\n

\nFree core density:<\/strong> 40-45 kgm-3<\/p>\n

The materials R50 comp. A and Comp. B should be processed at room temperature 18 – 25\u00b0C and preferably not lower than 18\u00b0C \u200b\u200bto retain good properties.
\nWeigh the desired quantity neatly with a scale. The mold must be dry and clean. After weighing correctly, mix Comp. A and B well into a homogeneous mixture and therefore streak-free. Poor mixing results in sticky and poor quality foam. Mixing and pouring must be completed before the 35-40 second creaming time starts.<\/p>\n

The foam can be cut off from, for example, the air holes after 2 hours. Complete curing takes only 72 hours.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
