The Formech Compac Mini is the smallest machine in our range with a shape area of 230 x 280 mm and a depth of 130 mm. The machine is ideal for small production of small, simple plastic models and thermoplastic molds. One size bigger is the Formech 450 DT with adjustable heating zones. You can already form vacuum from \u20ac 2.850, – excl. VAT and freight charges.<\/p>\n

Features<\/h4>\n

Quartz heating elements
\n<\/strong>Quartz heating elements have the advantage of a fast response and high efficiency, resulting in time and energy savings.<\/p>\n

Safety lock
\n<\/strong>Mechanical locking prevents the table from being raised while the heating is in the forward position. This also applies to all desktop machines.<\/p>\n

Vacuum & Discharge
\n<\/strong>After the molded part has cooled, air is forced between the mold and the plate to assist in releasing it.<\/p>\n

Vacuum meter
\n<\/strong>A visual indication of consistent vacuum pressure that is applied. (Pressure is measured in Hg \/ bar).<\/p>\n

Digital Timer
\n<\/strong>A Digital Timer with a programmable countdown and audible alarm that helps to achieve consistent cycle times.<\/p>\n

Reducing Window
\n<\/strong>Reduces the molding area to use smaller sheets of material and minimize wastage. We offer this in standard or custom format.<\/p>\n

Trolley
\n<\/strong>A special white trolley with blocking wheels and handy storage space for plastic film.<\/p>\n
