De EasyFlo zwart is een twee componenten polyurethaan giethars wat uithardt tot een zwart <\/strong>plastic. De EasyFlo zwart is een gietplastic met een hardheid van Shore D70. Een zeer eenvoudig te verwerken dankzij de 1A:1B (bij volume & gewicht) mengverhouding, lage viscositeit van 200 cP en snelle uitharding heeft met een ontvormtijd van 10-15 minuten. De verwerkingstijd is is 1,5-2 minuten.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

De EasyFlo materialen zijn materialen met een zeer lage viscositeit voor een makkelijke diverse gieting of injecteren van kunsthars. Ook zijn deze materialen makkelijk te verdikken met een verdikkingsmiddel zoals de CAB-O-SIL en PolyFiber II voor kwastbare toepassingen of steunmallen.<\/p>\n

Wanneer u een spray variant wenst adviseren wij de EasyFlo Spray FR. Voor rotatie gieten is de EasyFlo 120<\/a> zeer geschikt en de EasyFlo 95 voor langere verweringstijden.<\/p>\n

De EasyFlo harsen zorgen voor een zeer gedetailleerde en luchtbel vrij giet modellen zonder dat er vacu\u00fcm kamers gebruikt moeten worden. Door de snelle uithardingstijden is het een ideaal product voor hogere volumes, aantallen en giet stukken die snel gemaakt moeten worden. Deze materialen worden veel gebruikt in industrie\u00ebn voor commerci\u00eblen toepassingen, vaar- en vliegtuig industrie, props en display projecten, reparatie of kopieer toepassingen maar ook hobby en veel andere toepassingen. De EasyFlo harsen kunnen worden gegoten in siliconen (additie en condensatie siliconen zoals Eurosil) mallen zonder lossingsmiddel te gebruiken. Wanneer je Polyurethaan of andere materialen gebruikt als mal, dan kan je bijvoorbeeld onze Pol-Ease 2300 lossingmiddel gebruiken. Ook zijn kleur pasta\u2019s te gebruiken voor de EasyFlo producten.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
