De vacu\u00fcmvormen worden in een op maat gemaakte snijmal geplaatst. Vervolgens wordt er een snijplank bovenop gelegd waarna de matrijs door de machine tussen de rollen bewogen wordt met een flinke snijkracht.<\/p>\n<p>Het afgewerkte deel wordt netjes uit het omringende afvalmateriaal gesneden, waarbij een flens achterblijft die indien nodig kan worden gebruikt voor afdichting op een steunkaart. De afstand tussen de rollen is instelbaar met behulp van een zwengel, zodat u een bereik van 5 mm &#8211; 125 mm krijgt.<\/p>\n<p>De Roller Press-serie (RP700 en de RP1200) zijn ontworpen en geproduceerd in overeenstemming met de EU-veiligheidsrichtlijnen en voldoet hiermee aan de voorschriften voor ongevallenpreventie om de operators te beschermen.
