Poly foam producten zijn uitsluitend op aanvraag verkrijgbaar.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

De SynTec Poly Foam R250 is een hardschuim met een vrije uitzettingsdichtheid van ongeveer 250 kgm-3. Deze twee komponenten polyurethaan hardschuim stijft op tot een harde schuim met een hardheid van ongeveer Shore A 80-85.<\/p>\n

De zeer harde schuim is zeer vloeibaar met een lage viscositeit en kan gebruikt worden voor verschillende toepassingen zoals het opvullen van holle gietingen voor bijvoorbeeld mallen, matrijzen, props en andere toepassingen. Deze R250 wordt verwerkt met een mengverhouding van 100A:85B bij gewicht of 100A: 74.6 bij volume.<\/p>\n

Berekening benodigde hoeveelheid:\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Hoeveelheid PU Schuim = gewenste dichtheid (kgm-3) x opvulvolume (m3).
\nDe R250 heeft een vrijde dichtheid van 250 kgm-3 maar om een goed resultaat te krijgen moet je rekenen met een gewenste dichtheid van 280 kg m3.<\/p>\n

De verwerking\u00a0 van de R250 comp. A en Comp. B is bij kamertemperatuur 18 \u2013 25\u00b0C en bij voorkeur niet lager dan 18\u00b0C om goede eigenschappen te behouden. Weeg bij voorkeur de gewenste hoeveelheid netjes met een weegschaal af. De mal moet droog en schoon zijn. Meng na het correct afwegen Comp. A en B goed tot en homogene mengsel en dus streepvrij. Slecht mengen resulteert tot plak en slechte kwaliteit schuim. Het mengen en gieten moet klaar zijn voordat de creamtijd van 35-45 seconden in gaat.<\/p>\n

Het schuim kan al na 2 uur worden afgesneden van bijvoorbeeld de (ont)luchtgaten De volledige uitharding is pas na 72 uur.<\/p>\n
