De print vervormt niet tijdens de uithardingsfase omdat de resin een laag krimpgehalte heeft.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Oppervlakte en afwerking<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>De resin is verkrijgbaar in twee verschillende kleuren, zwart en grijs. Doordat de resin zorgvuldig is gepigmenteerd heeft het de ideale kleur gekregen die ingewikkelde details naar voren brengt. De kleur is bijna volledig dekkend. Het oppervlakte is glanzend en hard (80-90 Shore D). Na het uithardingsproces voelt de print niet plakkerig aan. Het materiaal krast niet makkelijk en het kan worden geverfd. Door de hardheid, kan het oppervlakte worden gepolijst om laaglijnen, supportpuntjes of andere imperfecties te verwijderen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vocht- en chemische bestendigheid<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>De wateropname is minder dan 0,2%. Als u geen ultrasone reiniger heeft, of uw voorkeur geeft aan reiniging met normale IPA-baden, vindt u hier onder de reinigingsprocedure beschreven in 4 stappen.<\/p>\n<p>1. Nadat je je geprinte object van de bouwplaat hebt gehaald, laat je het 2 minuten onderdompelen in het IPA-bad.<br \/>\n2. Draai het IPA-bad met het bedrukte deel erin nog 2 minuten actief rond.<br \/>\n3. Laat het na het ronddraaien nog 2 minuten stil staan, maar zorg dat de het object wel volledig ondergedompeld is.<br \/>\n4. Draai vervolgens het bad nog 2 minuten rond.<\/p>\n<p>Bekijk de resultaten en in dien nodig herhaal het proces nogmaals (indien nodig) met schone IPA.<\/p>\n<p>Als u liever gebruik maakt van een ultrasone reiniger, raden wij u aan om een geprint onderdeel in de container met IPA te doen, deze goed af te sluiten en de container in de ultrasone reiniger gevuld met water te plaatsen. Laat dit niet langer dan 10 minuten intrekken. Er is verder geen extra verwarming nodig.<\/p>\n<p>Als u het Wash and Cure-station gebruikt, laat het geprinte object dan 6 minuten ondergedompeld in IPA. Afhankelijk van de resultaten kunt u deze stap opnieuw herhalen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Procedure na het uitharden<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Het is makkelijker om de supports te verwijderen voor het uithardingsproces. Echter, kunnen de supports ook verwijderd worden na het uithardingsproces. Verschillend per model kan dit er voor zorgen om betere geometrie\u00ebn te krijgen als er een dergelijk doel is. De uithardingstijd is afhankelijk van uw uithardingsstation. Dit kan varie\u00ebren van 5 minuten tot 1 uur (totdat het oppervlak van uw 3D-print niet meer plakt.) U moet onmiddelijk na het reinigen en drogen uitharden.
