Les caoutchoucs de la s\u00e9rie PT Flex sont sp\u00e9cialement con\u00e7us pour les applications de prototypage et de mod\u00e9lisme. Ils offrent des temps de coul\u00e9e rapides (environ 4 \u00e0 5 minutes) ainsi qu\u2019un temps de d\u00e9moulage court (environ 1 \u00e0 2 heures). La s\u00e9rie PT Flex pr\u00e9sente une viscosit\u00e9 l\u00e9g\u00e8rement plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e, comprise entre 600 et 900 mPa\u00b7s.<\/p>\n<p>Cet \u00e9lastom\u00e8re solide et durable d\u2019une duret\u00e9 de 95\u201397 Shore A est fr\u00e9quemment utilis\u00e9 pour la fabrication de moules, de prototypes et de pi\u00e8ces en caoutchouc n\u00e9cessitant une haute r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la d\u00e9chirure et une excellente r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l\u2019usure.<\/p>\n<p class=\"PDq2pG_selectionAnchorContainer\" data-start=\"842\" data-end=\"1139\">Ce caoutchouc polyur\u00e9thane extr\u00eamement dur (Shore A 97) peut \u00eatre facilement usin\u00e9 gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 sa haute r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la d\u00e9chirure et poss\u00e8de \u00e9galement une excellente r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l\u2019abrasion. L\u2019ajout des Poly Colors ou de p\u00e2tes pigmentaires permet de colorer facilement les caoutchoucs PT Flex.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1141\" data-end=\"1470\">Lors de la coul\u00e9e des produits PT Flex dans un moule en silicone par addition, tel que le silicone Eurosil, aucun agent de d\u00e9moulage n\u2019est n\u00e9cessaire. En revanche, si le moule est r\u00e9alis\u00e9 en acier, plastique, polyur\u00e9thane ou \u00e9poxy, il est n\u00e9cessaire d\u2019utiliser un agent de d\u00e9moulage tel que Pol-Ease 2300, VL ou 2450.<\/p>\n<p>Les caoutchoucs PT Flex sont parfaitement adapt\u00e9s aux machines de m\u00e9lange et de dosage, ce qui r\u00e9duit l\u2019inclusion d\u2019air lors du m\u00e9lange et de la mise en \u0153uvre. Les caoutchoucs de coul\u00e9e de la s\u00e9rie PT Flex sont largement utilis\u00e9s pour la production de pi\u00e8ces en caoutchouc n\u00e9cessitant durabilit\u00e9 et durcissement rapide.
