De condensatie siliconen heeft een hoge mechanische resistentie.<\/p><p>Syntec C20, C-Sil Shore A 20 is een condensatie siliconen. Deze Tin hardende siliconen heeft een mengverhouding van 100A : 5B (harder). De Condensatie siliconen is een economische siliconen die veel gebruikt worden voor eenmalige of mallen met korte levensduur. De Syntec C-siliconen wordt veelal gebruikt voor het maken van zowel kleine als grote mallen. De condensatie siliconen heeft een hoge mechanische resistentie. De Syntec C20 Siliconen is een witte siliconen met een transparante harder. De viscositeit is 24.000 cP en heeft een 90 minuten verwerkingstijd. De uitharding is na 24 uur.<\/p><p>In tegenstelling tot de additie siliconen heeft de condensatie siliconen een beperkte houdbaarheid doordat de harder uit de siliconen treedt. Dit proces start al vanaf het uithardingsproces en gaat nog weken door na de harding. Hierdoor is de kans op krimp in de tijd groot.
