De Poly 75-75 heeft een Shore A 75 die net wat stugger is dan een autoband. De zeer stugge rubber is extreem goed met toepassingen zoals gebruikt wordt in de beton industrie. De Poly 75-75 wordt veel gebruikt voor het maken van grote mallen en shotten voor de prefab beton. De Poly 75-75 en <a href=\"https:\/\/syntecshop.com\/polyurethaan-giet-rubber-shore-a-90-poly-75-90\">Poly 75-90<\/a> worden ook veel toegepast bij productie van harde rubberen onderdelen. De Poly 74- en 75-serie rubbers kunnen worden gebruikt als gietrubber, kwast rubber of spuit rubber. Een zachtere polyurethaan uit de 75-serie rubbers zijn de <a href=\"https:\/\/syntecshop.com\/poly-75-70-polyurethaan-shore-a70\">Poly 75-70<\/a> en de <a href=\"https:\/\/syntecshop.com\/polyurethaan-gietrubber-shore-a-60-poly-75-60\">Poly 75-60<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Er zijn veel toevoegingen van additieven zoals <a href=\"https:\/\/syntecshop.com\/cab-o-sil\">CAB-O-SIL<\/a>, verdunners, versnellers, <a href=\"https:\/\/syntecshop.com\/uv-stabilisator\">UV stabilisatoren<\/a> en kleur pigmenten. Naast de Poly serie producten zijn de PT Flex producten verkrijgbaar voor vervaardiging van rubberen onderdelen en eventueel te bewerken rubberen producten.<\/p>\n<p>De <a href=\"https:\/\/syntecshop.com\/cab-o-sil\">CAB-O-SIL<\/a> zorgt voor een verdikking van het materiaal. hechting:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Polyurethaan giet rubber zoals de poly 75-75 hecht bij het gieten op veel ondergronden zoals diverse metaal soorten, hout, polyurethaan, kunststoffen, epoxy materialen, beton, gips en veel meer andere ondergronden. Indien er lossing nodig is op deze ondergronden moet er lossingsmiddel zoals onze <a href=\"https:\/\/syntecshop.com\/lossingsmiddel-voor-polyurethaan-epoxy\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Pol-Ease 2300<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/syntecshop.com\/lossingsmiddel-vl\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Lossingsmiddel VL,<\/a>\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/syntecshop.com\/vloeibaar-lossingsmiddel-en-sealer-pol-ease-2350\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Pol-Ease 2350<\/a> en <a href=\"https:\/\/syntecshop.com\/oplosbare-lossingsmidddel-pol-ease-2450\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Pol-Ease 2450<\/a>\u00a0 of de andere lossingsmiddelen gebruikt worden. Wij adviseren altijd eerst een test te doen met de hechting, lossing of het inzuig effect van de rubber op de mal of toepassing. Bij Poreuze onderdelen gemaakt van bijvoorbeeld hout of gips, kan het rubber opgezogen worden. Je kan dit voorkomen door deze eerst te sealen met bijvoorbeeld een <a href=\"https:\/\/syntecshop.com\/porie-verzegelingsmiddel-1-liter\">porieverzegelaar<\/a>. Dit is geen losmiddel, dus als deze nog gelost dient te worden of met een materiaal wordt gegoten waarmee je hechting krijgt, gebruik dan alsnog een los middel.<\/p>\n<p>Standaard geeft een polyurethaan wel hechting en siliconen geen hechting op verschillende materialen. Deze hechting of geen hechting is niet bij iedere materiaalsoorten. Mocht u een extra hechting willen generen voor bijvoorbeeld (mechanische) belasting dan adviseren wij altijd deze te optimaliseren door een <a href=\"https:\/\/syntecshop.com\/sealers-coatings\">hechtprimer<\/a> te gebruiken voor de verschillende ondergronden. Deze geeft dan een goede hechting voor beide materialen. Voordat dit hechtmiddel gebruikt wordt dient eerst de oppervlakte grondig gereinigd en ontvet te worden. Stralen of opruwen van de oppervlakte bevorderd de hechting met of zonder hecht primer.<\/p>\n<p>Polyurethaan gieten op een materiaal waarmee geen hechting gecre\u00eberd wordt heeft dus geen lossingsmiddel nodig. De meeste siliconen giet rubbers zoals onze <a href=\"https:\/\/syntecshop.com\/siliconenrubber\">siliconen<\/a> Eurosil, Platsil (additie siliconen) en SG C-sil (condensatie siliconen) hebben geen hechting met de polyurethaan materialen. Hier is dus geen los middel vereist. Wel kan het zijn dat wanneer je mallen intensief gebruik gebruikt het lossende effect minder kan worden.
