In tegenstelling tot veel andere polyurethaanrubberproducten hebben deze gietbare rubbers een lage viscositeit en zijn ze snel hardend, zodat ze snel kunnen worden gelost. Deze rubbers worden vaak gebruikt in Prototyping, Prop Making, Industrial, Theming &amp; Display, Model Making en Craft &amp; Hobby-toepassingen.<\/p>\n<p>PT Flex rubbers kunnen worden gegoten in Eurosil\u00ae siliconen mallen zonder enig losmiddel en kunnen worden gegoten in polyurethaan rubberen mallen, polyurethaan hars \/ plastic mallen en latex mallen met de juiste losmiddel (bijv. Pol-Ease\u00ae 2300 Release Agent).<\/p>\n<p>De snel hardende rubbers zijn beter te verwerken door de lage viscositeit dat de Poly 74- en poly 75-serie rubbers. De PT Flex rubbers zijn beter machinaal te bewerken voor nabewerkingen aan de rubberen onderdelen. De PT Flex rubbers (Shore A ) zijn na twee uur al te lossen vanuit de mal.
