Dynamide CF is a carbon fiber reinforced polyamide (PA) filament developed for industrial 3D printing applications with Loop3D 3D printers. Thanks to the addition of carbon fibers, this material combines excellent mechanical performance with low weight, making it ideal for functional parts and demanding applications.
The carbon fiber reinforcement provides significantly higher stiffness and dimensional stability compared to standard nylon filaments. As a result, printed parts maintain their shape even under mechanical loads or at elevated temperatures.
The combination of stiffness, dimensional stability, and heat resistance makes Dynamide CF particularly suitable for functional components exposed to demanding operating conditions. Typical applications include jigs, fixtures, and production tooling, machine replacement parts, and lightweight structural components where a high strength-to-weight ratio is essential.
Dynamide CF is also an excellent choice for functional prototypes that need to closely replicate the properties of the final product. Its high heat deflection temperature makes it suitable for components exposed to elevated temperatures.
