PT Flex 70 Liquid Rubber is a two-part, liquid polyurethane system that cures (RTV) to a yellow / orange / brown Shore A70 rubber. PT Flex series rubbers were specifically designed for prototyping and modeling applications and offer fast casting times (approx. 4 minutes), fast curing times (approx. 2 hours) and low viscosity of 680 cP.
The PT Flex 70 is a hard p.u. rubber comparable to the hardness of a car tire. The PT Flex 85 is a harder version of the PT Flex 70 and the PT Flex 60 is a softer version. The PT Flex series can be easily poured into Eurosil addition silicone without using a release agent or with release agent in a mold of a soft or hard Poly 74/75 polyurethane casting polyurethane.
For a slower version or high volumes, consider the Poly 75 series rubbers. A wide choice of rubbers with a Shore A 60 to Shore A 90.
