Fast Casting polyurethane rubber Shore A 60, PT Flex 60

PT Flex 60 Liquid Rubber is a two-part, liquid polyurethane system that hardens (RTV) into a yellow / orange Shore A60 rubber. PT Flex series rubbers have been specially developed for prototyping, production and model building applications and offer fast casting times (approx. 5 minutes), fast release times of approx. 2 hours and low viscosity.

The PT Flex polyurethane rubbers can be perfectly molded in a Eurosil silicone so no release agent is needed. When the PT flex is cured, it can be carefully post-processed
