High Impact Polystyrene, HIPS, sheet 450 x 300 x 1.0 mm, black matt/matt

The HIPS plates are a High Impact Polystyrene plastic and are available in various sizes and thicknesses. We have the black HIPS sheets cut from stock in a standard format of 300 x 450 x 1.0 mm. These PS sheets have a matte finish on both sides. On request, these are also available with a matt/gloss finish.

The HIPS plastic materials is a thermoplastic plastic that can be used for, among other things, bending with plastic bending machines such as the FLB 500 and FLB 1000 machines, but also very easy to form with a vacuum forming machine such as our Formech machines. The 300 x 450 plates can also be used directly for the 450 DT desktop vacuum former. In addition to vacuum forming and bending, this thermoplastic plastic is perfect for cutting, CNC milling and laser cutting.

For other Formech systems such as the 300 DT, 450DT, 508DT and 686 machines, we supply the plates from stock in different materials, thicknesses and sizes.
The plate has a protective film on 1 side. You can remove this before or after editing the plate.
We supply HIPS, PETG and other thermoplastics cut or sawn to size. Hips in various thicknesses and clothes in different sizes.
