The PostProcess BASE is an industrial, automated solution for removing soluble support material from FDM 3D printed parts. This system is specifically engineered for large and complex FDM components and batch processing, delivering consistent, repeatable results with minimal labor involvement. Powered by Volumetric Velocity Dispersion (VVD) Spray Technology, the BASE combines high throughput with maximum protection of fine features and delicate geometries.

The BASE features an extra-large processing chamber, enabling efficient post-processing of both large-format FDM prints and multiple parts simultaneously. Unlike conventional immersion or was tanks, the active spray technology ensures uniform, conntrolled support removal, regardless of part geometry. Fully automated cycle control virtually eliminates the need for manual post-processing.
