Formech 450 DT is the middle vacuum forming machine from the Formech desktop series. The Formech 450 DT is the smallest desktop machine where the heating zones can be set with the latest technology. The 450 DT has a touchscreen PLC screen with how resolution for precise and easy operation. This PLC touchscreen makes it possible to call up 20 for programmed settings easily.
The Formech 450 DT has a molding area of 430 x 280 mm and a height of 160 mm. the four adjustable heating zones and Quartz elements ensures a quick response and many possibilities. Due to the release button on the machine, both the model and the mold can cool and unload via air.

Quartz heating elements
Quartz heating elements have the advantage of a fast response and high efficiency, resulting in time and energy savings.
Safety lock
Mechanical locking prevents the table from being raised while the heating is in the forward position. This also applies to all desktop machines.
