Dreve Biopor AB

The Dreve Biopor® AB is a very high-quality addition silicone that is skin-friendly and remains very flexible. The Biopor AB is suitable for the manufacture of tear-resistant, soft-flexible BTE / BTE ear molds. Indirect production takes place in the laboratory after printing or scanning.

Please note that from early 2022 we will only be offering the S50 cartridge system. The remaining stocks of the 48ml dual cartridges will still be used up.

The Biopor AB has the following properties:

• Tested biocompatibility (addition-vulcanizing silicone is absolutely emission-free and physiologically completely safe)
• The polymerization of Biopor® AB earmolds takes only 20-30 minutes at room temperature
• Different final hardnesses (20–60 Shore A)
• High wearing comfort due to soft feel long lifespan

The Biopor are available in various hardnesses such as Shore A 25, 40 and 60 and different colors such as opaque black, white, orange, purple, dark red, red, blue, yellow, green, beige and transparent colors in dark brown transparent, red transparent, clear transparent, light brown transparent, dark brown transparent, medium brown transparent, blue transparent.
