DETAX – 3D shell luxaprint®/ Freeprint®(UV 378-388nm/405nm)

DETAX characterizes the Freeprint as a 405 nm cured material and the Luxaprint as the 378-388 nm cured material.

The Detax Shell is used for the production of ITE (in The Ear) shells, In ear monitoring and hearing protection using a 3D DLP or SLA printer. Maximum reliability of the construction process, even with the best support structures thanks to high greening / initial hardness and strength, for multi-level printing. Very high mechanical bending and breaking strength, without being brittle. Accelerated throughput with short exposure times. Significantly lower viscosity than conventional ones which reduces material consumption and makes it easier. Biocompatible and bisphenol A free.

The Detax Shell is available for the 405 nm Freeprint and the 378-388 nm Luxaprint available in 500 gram and 1000 gram packages.

Freeprint 405 nm: beige and black
