Formech 300DT, Mini vacuum formimg machine

The Formech is the smallest desktop vacuum forming machine in the range. The Formech 300DT is based on the Compac Mini but developed in a smaller machine size and lighter weight with the same functions and form format as the Formech Compac Mini.

The FM 300DT has a mold area of 230 x 280 mm with a maximum draw depth of 136 mm. We use the same sheet sizes on the Formech 300DT as on the Compac Mini 300 x 250 mm. The big advantage of the Formech 300DT is that it is a lot easier to use, easier to move or store and therefore an ideal size vacuum forming machine for creative hobbyists, small companies or institutions, artisanal environments such as in the chocolate industry and students .

Unique to this machine is that it is one of the quietest in the market and it has a built-in and powerful vacuum pump, making it directly PLUG-AND-PLAY. The pump oulet is used as a mold release button where you can use this function as a release option. There is also freedom of choice of material without having to scan expensive sheet materials with a barcode. You can use various sizes of various plates by using a reduction frame standard as well as custom-made. We supply various sheet materials at market prices from stock in various types, thicknesses and colours.

Almost all thermoplastics such as HIPS, PETG, ABS can be formed on the Formech 300DT. You can already vacuum form with the Formech 300DT from € 2830 excl. VAT, options and shipping costs. The shipping costs are based on subsequent calculation and are always communicated with you in advance.

The Formech 450 DT is one size larger with a form size of 430 x 280 x 185 mm and a sheet size of 450 x 300 mm is used. In addition to the larger size, the Formech 450 DT has a PLC control panel with adjustable heating zones and memory for storing settings.
