Formech FMDH660 is an ideal machine for testing and pre-production applications. Thanks to the relatively lower costs, small size and yet a form option of 620 x 620 x 250 mm, the FMDH660 can process up to 10 mm plate thickness. Unique to this machine is the manually operated double heating zone for processing a wide range of materials and applications.

Top and bottom heaters create demanding materials and shorten cycle times (6 zones top heat, 6 zones below heat).
Ceramic heaters are well suited for high volume production when heaters are turned on for a long time and a constant temperature must be maintained.
Electric heater Drive
Electrically powered heating element for convenient operation. Controlled speed and braking prevent damage to elements.
Pre-stretch allows the user to pump air into the heated plate, creating an air bubble to prevent material from thinning with deeper tools.
Avoids material sag during the heating cycle and maintains an even distance between the heater and the plate, while providing the user with an audible indication that the material is ready to be formed.
