Polyurethane casting plastic Shore D 70 SLOW, EasyFlo 90

EasyFlo 90 is a slow two component polyurethane system of the Easy Flo series polyurethane casting plastic. A longer processing time of 5 minutes, a total demould time of 60-120 minutes (depending on the casting thickness) and a viscosity of 200 cP are the properties of the EasyFlo 90. The Easy Flo 90 has a hard Shore D hardness of 70. This Easy Flo variant hardens into a white molded plastic product..

EasyFlo Series products are easy to use, mercury-free polyurethane resins with simple 1A: 1B mix ratio (by volume) ratios by volume (100A: 90B by weight). These super low viscosity fluids provide perfect details and bubble free castings without the need for vacuum casting techniques. Due to the short demold times, EasyFlo products are ideal for high volume applications or fast processing times such as production.

For rotational casting or spraying of polyurethane products, we recommend the Easy Flo 120 through the controlled gelling process and the EasyFlo Spray. The EasyFlo products are easy to process after curing, such as painting, sanding and drilling.

EasyFlo plastics are next to the SG Series (SG 2000 L, SG 130 and SG 140) the faster variants of resins with the lowest viscosity and very versatile that work well for numerous commercial, industrial, hobby, vessel, plug and display projects .

EasyFlo plastics can be castin in silicone moulds like Eurosil®- en SG C-Sil®-siliconevormen without any release agent and can also be cast in polyurethane  rubber moulds or latex moulds. In this case you should use a release agent (such as. Pol-Ease® 2300 lossingsmiddel).
